Following Nintendo's example, Sony and Microsoft argue they have no obligation to pass tariff refunds onto customers

Looks like PlayStation and Xbox aren't planning on passing those tariff refunds back to us gamers, following Nintendo's lead. This means all those extra dollars we paid for consoles due to illegal tariffs might just stay in the companies' pockets. It's a tough pill to swallow for anyone who bought a console during that period.
